Welcome to my counseling practice. I have been practicing for 15 years and work with individuals and couples on a range of issues, including:

-anxiety and depression

-difficulty coping with stress

-unexpected life challenges

-grief

-persistent conflict and/or disconnection in primary relationship(s)

-adjusting to parenthood and marriage challenges after having children

-dissatisfaction in relationships, including friendship, family, and work colleagues

-premarital counseling/marriage preparation

-desire to lead a life more aligned with one’s values and true self

I have training in many different areas of therapy that I use with clients- I tailor my approach to the needs of each unique situation. Some of these approaches include internal family systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and relational life therapy (RLT). I have completed 3 levels of training in RLT which I use in my work with couples. RLT is a direct, collaborative approach that explores underlying issues contributing to relational distress, and also teaches new skills for healthier communication. RLT ultimately facilitates relational healing for each individual and the couple as a whole. I am so grateful to be able to do the work that I do with my clients.
